Dr. Abbe, Integrate Chiropractic’s founder, is a spirited, resilient, attentive and highly motivated individual, who encourages simplicity in the healing arts while acting as a mediator for unleashing the healing power of the body and living a radically heart-centered life.

Growing up in a small town deeply rooted in principles of nature, sustainability and community, Abbe envisioned herself as a generator of energy in this small village, where everyone cares for one another, creating a space for holistic healing in order to give life to all.

Abbe is passionate about nutrient-dense home cooked meals, slow mornings, regenerative small farming ag and raising food, shopping locally, and being in the outdoors. She feels deeply inspired by the beauty that surrounds the Tahoe Basin, and thoroughly enjoys exploring in and around our world learning new traditions.

From a young age, Abbe found herself drawn to self healing practices, a life of service, and taking radical responsibility. In the pursuit of a more meaningful way of helping people (and herself) in this journey, Abbe followed a seed to the greater San Francisco Bay Area and embarked on one of her biggest adventures yet ~ Doctorate of Chiropractic School. The path of learning this innovative mind-body technology has brought unspeakable expansion and growth to her own energy system + design and has simply changed everything.

Abbe continues to unlearn our modern sick-care paradigm as she embodies foundational + ancient healing practices that are unparalleled, innovative, and radical in unleashing human potential when dealing with chronic pain. She has had the honor of learning alongside some of the top, world-known practitioners in the world of chiropractic, cranial-sacral + fascial care for all seasons of life.
